Today I’m gonna show you how to get a Mac (OS X Leopard)-Style Dock for Wondows (in my case Vista) with the new “stacking” feature. Not only does this feature look cool, but it also saves a lot of room/space, so you can fit/stack as many icons as possible, especially if you have a low resolution display and/or a lot of software you want to access quickly.
So, all we need is:
RocketDock (RKLauncher, and ObjectDock also support this I believe, but I prefer RD)
Once you install RocketDock, download the Stacks docklet, unzip the package, and place the folder in the “docklets” folder (by default located in C:\Program Files\RocketDock\Docklets) such that the folder called “StackDocklet” contains a folder called “Images” and a dll-file called “StackDocklet.dll” Read more »
